About Our Program

PWD Care: Your Partner in Enriching All Aspects of Your Life

We help create a community that is inclusive and understanding for elderly and individuals with complex needs. To do this, our team puts together a variety of socialisation opportunities for our participants. They can choose to join self-development group classes, sign-up for sports, art classes and other recreational activities within the community.

These community participation activities boost our participants’ self-esteem and confidence to communicate and work with other members of the community. It is also the perfect chance for them to meet new friends and build meaningful relationships. Here at PWD Care you get to experience holistic socio-emotional development.
